Support - Phone, Chat and Email
The teachers training courses offered by Aspiring Professional Teachers Training Institute are in online self-study mode. However, we make sure our students get total support from our end during the course and even after that.
The support division works at three levels:
- Students can reach the student coordinator through chat and mail while reading the course material. They can mail their question or chat about their queries from Monday to Saturday 10 am – 5 pm.
- Students can call student support for queries regarding course access, basic academic query or certificate related issue during working hours.
- If students require specialized support from our senior academic team, they need to schedule an appointment for skype call or phone call. The time of the meeting will be decided by institute.
After enrollment students will be sent 'terms and conditions' and a mail with all details on how the course works. You can chat with the course coordinator from the course interface.
