Frank Moffatt - Co-Founder and CEO
Frank Moffatt is an International Best Selling author, and Co-founder and CEO of AP Teacher Training Institute. Frank Moffatt has been a certified member of the TESOL/TEFL training community since 2004. Frank is a business graduate from Camosun College and has held numerous management positions within the ESL/EFL world. In addition Frank has trained and mentored ESL/EFL teachers through a broad spectrum of teacher training, including business English, English for young learners, hospitality English, and general ESL/EFL training and has created TESOL/TEFL curriculum for both teachers and students.

Lawrence Wayne Duplessis - Academic Head (TEFL/TESOL)
Wayne taught students in Canada, South Korea, Thailand, and China and in Indonesia. He has taught English, English Literature, Performing Arts, Indonesian history, various software programs and writing classes. Teaching in Asia since early 1996, he's taught students as young as four and some as old as sixty six in public and private schools, universities and boardrooms.
In 2003 Wayne moved to China, becoming the Academic manager for two schools. In this position he recruited and trained teachers. Wayne taught a number of classes for the center's students and for corporate clients. Wayne returned to Indonesia in 2006, and spent two years traveling between Indonesia, China and Thailand training local and foreign teachers. In 2007, Wayne opened a teacher training center in Surabaya with a local partner. Wayne enjoys the work. He enjoys teaching and working with teachers and students.

Frazer Adam Hainsworth - Online Teacher Training Specialist
Frazer, originally from Liversedge, England moved to Asia in late 2012. He has been involved in English Language Teaching for over 10 Years and Online English Education for over 6. He has experience teaching English to both adults and young learners in Vietnam and Thailand as well as more recently online to students of various nationalities. Frazer runs Online Teachers Club, a popular blog and job board for online English teachers, and has been training teachers on how to make the transition from classroom teaching to online teaching since 2016. More recently Frazer founded TeachersXchange Limited, a multi-vendor courseware marketplace for online English teachers, and ONCHER APP, an Interactive virtual whiteboard and student management system. Frazer also created a popular UDEMY course on teaching English online that has a 4.4 / 5 star rating and over 300 enrolled students.

Arpita Bhattacharyya - Academic Consultant (Special Education Need)
Arpita Bhattacharyya has been serving and being associated with mental health and rehabilitation of patients with mental illness and children with developmental disorders. She is into assessment and intervention of children with special needs especially autism, ADHD, learning disorders and Mental Retardation. She is being associated with Pradip Centre for Autism Management for the past seven years as a special educator and core faculty of DSE -ASD course recognised by Rehabilitation council of India at the training college of Pradip Centre for Autism Management. Arpita is a RCI registered professional and faculty specialised in Autism spectrum Disorders and Learning Disorders. She has experience of assessing outdoor patients at Mon Psychiatric Nursing Home. She is also a qualified Psychoanalytic Counsellor and passed out from Indian Psychoanalytical Society, the Indian chapter of International Psychoanalytical Society founded by Sigmund Freud, Vienna.

Dr. Suresh Ponnurangam - Senior TEFL/TESOL Trainer
Dr. Suresh Ponnurangam is a professional in English Language Teach-ing since 2006. He marshals communication and pronunciation work-shops for hundreds and thousands of students in multiple contexts such as Schools, Colleges, Universities and Corporate Companies. He holds M.A., M.Phil. and a Ph.D. degree in English pronunciation. He has trained and mentored ESL/EFL teachers through a broad spectrum of language training, including English for young learners, English for standardized testing (IELTS/TOEFL), business English, hospitality English, and general ESL/EFL training. He is also a YouTuber (English with Dr. Suresh Ponnurangam). He has been an inspiration to the ESL learners.

Dr. Ganesan Arasan - Senior TEFL/TESOL Consultant
Dr Ganesan Arasan is an acclaimed author and an international TEFL certified senior educator with Ph.D. in English Language Teaching. He has got over 15 years of experience in classrooms and curriculum development in ELT. Dr. Ganesan stands tall and strong with an extensive experience in training tertiary learners as a professional language, motivational speaker and soft skills trainer. He has facilitated a number of training programs and workshops at the national and international level. He has been handling ESL, EFL and ESP classes for expatriate students for more than a decade.

Dr. U. Thanesh - Senior TEFL/TESOL Consultant
Dr. U. Thanesh holds a Ph. D degree in testing fluency and as a senior ELT consultant and enthusiast. His contribution towards English Language Testing and Fluency is immense. As a well known creative short story writer, effective motivational speaker, interview and soft skills trainer, he has delivered many invited lectures on varied topics from Literature, Soft Skills, Critical Thinking and Leadership enhancement. With a passion for learning, research and training, he has completed a US Govt. sponsored Online Course on Critical Thinking and several MOOC courses conducted by premier universities. He has widely participated in many International/ National Conferences/Seminars and conducted a lot of workshops on various ELT topics. He is a teachers’ trainer and has been handling ESL, EFL and ESP classes ranging from tertiary learners to top professionals.

P. Navaneetham - Academic Consultant
Author and Resource Person, Oxford University Press has been an experienced IELTS trainer for many years. Ms. Navaneetham is the Academic Advisor for the Velammal Group of Institutions. She exhibits her mastery and competency to develop good learning and teaching strategies that are most successful when they are implemented in a system that encourages collaborative work among TEFL students. She has designed teacher education programmes and International seminars on the themes that relate to Educational Innovation, Evaluative and Reflective Practices in Education, Differentiated Teaching Techniques, Innovative Lesson Planning Techniques, etc. She is associated with training and teaching since 1983.

Mamta Upadhyaya - Academic Consultant / Trainer
Mamta has more than two decades of training, teaching and administrative experience in education, right from kindergarten to the graduate level. Since 2002, she has specialised in English language training for admission tests such as GRE, GMAT and the SAT and proficiency tests such as IELTS and TOEFL. In this role she has mentored candidates across a range of backgrounds, nationalities and ages. In addition, she has had extensive experience as a kindergarten educator, having worked in Kidzee and various Air Force Schools across the country, including a stint as headmistress of the Air Force School in Mysore.

Rabab Ali Ebrahim Rostom - Teacher Trainer (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Other Gulf countries)
Rabab, has done BA in Psychology of Education Special Categories from University of Bahrain and also did her Master of learning difficulties from, University of the Gulf. She is an experienced and competent arabic teacher trainer in the gulf countries training Special Needs Education, Early childhood and Care and Montessori teachers. She is based in Bahrain and takes classes in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and other gulf countries..
